  • Perishable Goods: Food items, plants, flowers, or other perishables.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will also receive detailed return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return process is completed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund process will begin.

  • Inspection Timeline: Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • Approval or Rejection: If the item meets all return criteria, your refund will be approved. If not, you will be notified with the reason for rejection and possible alternative resolutions, such as store credit.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

HappyLuis offers product exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product, the same return procedure applies. Once your return is approved and processed, the replacement item will be shipped.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, you will have the option to receive a refund or select a different product. Any price differences between the original and replacement items will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Restocking Fees

For certain high-value or large items, HappyLuis may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product’s original price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and applies to items returned without their original packaging or in used condition.

Bulk or Wholesale Orders

Returns for bulk or wholesale purchases are subject to different conditions due to the nature of such transactions. Customers must refer to their purchase agreement or contact our support team for specific return terms.
